We are a north east based company that specialises in home extensions, conversions, hard landscaping, artificial grass, windows and doors, and general building work.
Gary, Managing director and builder has been in the building trade since 2001 and has an extensive portfolio of completed jobs.
After 20 years in the trade working for other building companies, subcontracting, project managing and studying Construction management to HNC level I decided to embark on my own journey within the industry and was proud to Incorporate Tees Valley build and designs in 2021.
Tees Valley Build & Designs offer digital designs so you can visualise your finished product. There are no middle men or sales team in the business, you deal directly with a fully qualified builder resulting in fantastic prices.
Tees Valley build and design do not advertise in building directories and work on the back of recommendations and client referrals. The business is fully insured with public liability insurance and Payments are split into stage payments of the customers choice.
We will never ask for the full payment up front, keeping customers at ease. The team at Tees Valley Build & Design do not shuffle between jobs and stay on 1 project until completion with the sole focus being on the job in hand.
